• Surface Mount Technology (22 surface mount lines, 7 high Speed lines for PCB sizes from 50 x 50mm up to 330 x 250mm
• Chip on Board Technology capacity of 16k per day with 4 COB Bonding Lines
• Through Hole Assembly capacity of 4 million per month on 24 lines each 30 metres long
• Assembly and Packaging capacity of 2 million per month over 12 lines, each 20 metres long
• Test and Inspection using Button Tester, Salt Mist Test machine, Flex Test machine, Environmental Chamber, Burn-In Test etc.

The total workforce is over 1500 skilled workers, and 50 engineers. This provides a one-stop capability for Turnkey Electronics Design and Build, and for your own designs we can Build only.
