EECO Elastomeric Connectors, made from silicone rubber, offer an economic and reliable solderless connection, particularly between LCD displays and PCBs. They require only slight clamping pressure to make the connection.

The connectors are made up of alternating conductive and insulator layers usually supported by the sponge rubber insulator walls on one or both sides.
